Preparation

Step 1:

Preheat your grill to 425 degrees F.

Step 2:

Season your HOM Chicken Wings or Wing Dings. Pat the wings dry, spray with oil, and season on all sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Seasoning adds a lot of flavors to the wings! House of Meats has a great selection of seasonings.

Step 3:

Start grilling. Add the chicken wings to the grill grates and grill for 20 to 30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 170-175 degrees F. Flip every 3-5 minutes. There are lots of tips and tricks to getting crispy wings, but the best tip is consistent temperatures and regular flipping. Use an instant-read thermometer to keep a close eye on the temperature as they cook.

Step 4:

Remove the grilled wings and serve immediately with wing sauce and extras.
