Preparation

Cook directly from frozen for the best texture and flavor. Choose your preferred method for a crispy, golden finish:

 

Baking (Conventional Oven):

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. Lightly oil a sheet pan and arrange fillets in a single layer.

  3. Bake for 16 to 18 minutes, flipping halfway through for even crispness.

 

Baking (Convection Oven):

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Lightly oil a sheet pan and arrange fillets in a single layer.

  3. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes, flipping halfway through.

 

Deep Frying:

  1. Preheat oil to 350°F.

  2. Carefully place fillets in hot oil.

  3. Fry for 5 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

 

Ensure the fillets reach an internal temperature of 165°F before serving.
