About the Recipe
Grilled to perfection and finished with a buttery herb and white wine sauce, this Mahi Mahi dish is light, flavorful, and easy to prepare. Mahi-Mahi is a very durable, versatile fish—it can be used in place of any recipe that calls for Orange Roughy, Grouper, Salmon, Halibut, or Cod.
