Ingredients

  • House of Meats Lake Perch Fillets

  • Dill Weed

  • Garlic Salt

  • White Pepper

  • Sweet Basil

  • Lemon Juice

  • Parmesan Cheese

  • Italian Style Breadcrumbs

  • Melted Butter

Preparation

Step 1:


Preheat the oven to 425°F to 450°F.

Pat the perch fillets dry with a paper towel.
