About the Recipe

This Baked Pollock recipe is a simple yet flavorful dish that highlights the mild, flaky texture of pollock fillets. A rich, tangy sauce made with melted butter, sour cream, soy sauce, and citrus juices infuses the fish with depth and moisture. The addition of minced garlic, black pepper, and crushed red pepper brings a touch of spice to balance the creamy and zesty elements.
