Steak Fajitas

Steak Fajitas
1 1/2 lb flank steak
1 T ground cumin
1 T chili powder
1/2 t salt
1/2 t garlic powder
1/4 t pepper
1/4 t red pepper
Flour tortillas
1 t vegetable oil
2 C sliced onions
1 C bell pepper strips
1 T lime juice
1/2 C sour cream
Salsa

t = teaspoon
T = tablespoon
C = cup


Slice steak diagonally across the grain (we will do this for you). Combine steak and next 6 ingredients in a zip lock bag and shake well to coat.

Heat 1 t. oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add steak, onion, and bell pepper, sauté 6 minutes or until steak is done. Remove from heat and stir in lime juice.

Serve with warm tortillas, sour cream and salsa.

Makes 4 servings.
