Breaded Pollock
6 oz Atlantic Pollock (fish)
1/4 C Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style
1 t Garlic powder
1 t Onion powder
t = teaspoon
T = tablespoon
C = cup

Dredge thawed fish in bread crumbs spray baking dish with cooking spray. Bake at 350° until fish flakes with a fork (about 15 min).
