Baked Pollock

Baked Pollock
1 lb fish (Pollock or similar kind)
1/4 C melted butter
2 t soy sauce
2 t lemon juice
1 t lime juice
1/4 t salt
1/8 t pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 t crushed red pepper

t = teaspoon
T = tablespoon
C = cup


Put fish in 6"x10" baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over fish. Bake at 400° for approximately 1/2 hour. Baste fish once or twice while baking.
