Roast Leg of Lamb Provencal Style

Roast Leg of Lamb Provencal Style
5-6 lb lamb
1-2 T oil
6 garlic slivers
salt
pepper
rosemary

t = teaspoon
T = tablespoon
C = cup


Make incisions in meat & insert slivers of garlic. Rub meat with rosemary, oil, salt and pepper. Put in shallow roasting pan, roast at 350°, for about 1 1/2 hrs. or until the internal temp. reaches 125°-130°
